As a bartender you will…

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the shift through customer focused service delivery
  • Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures
  • Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with company standards
  • Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety
  • Immediate and effective response to guest ‘s requests and complaints
  • Operates cocktails, long drinks, non-alcoholic beverages and signature cocktail lists as needed
  • Prepares drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques

Entry Requirements:

  • Have experience in the Food and Beverage industry – Experience at a 4 or 5* hotel preferred
  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
  • Be familiar with Food and Beverage industry’s technology
  • Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments

Entry Requirements:

  • Education: College degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management will be appreciated
  • Experience: 4+ Years luxury hotel experience in an operational supervisory role
  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
  • A second foreign language will be considered as a plus
  • Strong managerial and supervisory skills
  • Ability to manage a large and diverse group of individuals
  • Excellent organizational skills, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Cooking school graduate
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position (previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel will be appreciated)
  • Prior employment experience in a fine dining restaurant will be appreciated
  • Excellent command of the Greek language, both spoken and written
  • Command of the English language
  • Excellent knowledge of hygiene, safety and food management

As HR Coordinator you will…

  • Implement Human Resources processes related to the hotel’s daily operational needs ensuring guest services and colleague productivity and safety.
  • Strengthen team bonding between management team and line staff

Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist you will…

  • Oversee processing of payroll and changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
  • Collect electronically monthly timesheets
  • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
  • Calculate bonuses and allowances
  • Schedule bank payments, distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
