1. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

1.1 Definitions

“Andronis” is every hotel of Andronis chain. “Andronis Loyalty Club” is the reward program for Andronis hotels. “Member” is anyone who has completed an official registration and has accepted the terms and conditions of Andronis Loyalty Club program. “Andronis Loyalty card” or “Card” is the membership card (in electronic form) issued by Andronis to a person who is a member of Andronis Loyalty Club. “Points” are the reward points earned using Andronis Loyalty card. “Privileges” are the benefits and services provided to Members as a benefit for membership. “Partner” is a third party that offers privileges or awards to members of the Andronis Loyalty Club.

1.2 The Andronis Loyalty card is issued electronically and remains the property of Andronis Hotel, it is not a credit card and is free of charge

1.3 Cancellation of membership: Andronis reserves the right to refuse or revoke the membership of Andronis Loyalty Club at any time, or to terminate the membership together with the affiliated privileges. Cancellation of membership results in the loss of all points.

1.4 Expiration Date: Andronis Loyalty Club program has no pre-determined expiration date and may continue until Andronis hotels decide to terminate it with or without prior notice. Andronis Loyalty Club program is not responsible for any points remaining in the member’s account after such termination.

1.5 Program Changes: Andronis reserves the right to correct, upgrade or modify any terms of Andronis Loyalty Club Program including the Terms and Conditions, at any time, in whole or in part and without prior notice to Members. Continuation of participation in Andronis Loyalty Club program constitutes acceptance by the Member of any such correction, modification or addition. Members are responsible for being informed of the terms of Andronis Loyalty Club as well as any modifications made through the Andronis Loyalty Club website for any changes, removal or additions.

1.6 Partner Responsibility: Andronis is not responsible for any withdrawal of Andronis Loyalty Club partners, which may affect the Privileges offered.

1.7 Program Updates: Andronis Loyalty Club will endeavor to keep Members informed of matters of interest, including notifications of changes to promotional details and other promotions. However, it bears no responsibility for lost or delayed email.

1.8 Printed Information and Website: All details provided on the Website shall prevail over anything else appearing in any printed or other material of Andronis Loyalty Club and are part of the Terms and Conditions relating to Membership.

1.9 Member Security: When a Member contacts a representative of Andronis Loyalty Club, for security reasons, Andronis Loyalty Club may request a date of birth and / or other information to confirm the Member’s identity

1.10 Sale or Exchange of Points: Sale or exchange of any points of Andronis Loyalty Club, prizes and redemptions or other Privileges of Cards is prohibited.

1.11 Contact details: Any correspondence sent to Members shall be based on the contact details provided at Andronis Hotels.

1.12 Interpretation of Terms and Conditions: Any interpretation of Terms and Conditions, related to membership, is at the discretion of Andronis Loyalty Club.

1.13 Applicable law: These Terms and Conditions are subject to Greek Law. In the event of any dispute, the Member agrees that the dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.

1.14 Hotel Availability: Members are responsible for checking the availability of any Andronis hotel for any special offers which might affect their stay. The Member should be informed upon arrival at the hotel of the applicable Privileges. All services, facilities, and privileges are subject to availability and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of each participating hotel. Services, facilities and privileges are not available in all participating hotels. Andronis may change any privileges displayed as available or credited to a Member at any time.

1.15 Restriction due to length of stay: Some benefits may be limited depending on the length of stay.

1.16 Availability: All benefits, rewards and redemption options are subject to availability.

1.17 Andronis Loyalty Club contact: Andronis Loyalty Club shall contact its members by e-mail or any other means deemed appropriate. Andronis Loyalty Club reserves the right to inform members about the activities of Andronis hotels, as well as the activities of its affiliates.

1.18 Privacy and data processing policy: Members’ personal data are collected, stored and processed in a file by Andronis Loyalty Club exclusively for the purposes of the Program in accordance with applicable laws. The Andronis Loyalty Club Member gives his/her express consent to Andronis to transmit his/her personal data to their Affiliates, as listed on the Affiliate Program website, for the purposes of the Andronis Loyalty Club Program and for operational, data processing, statistics and historical reasons. Members at any time have the right to access their personal data and information, or to object to the further processing of their data in accordance with applicable laws. The Member gives his/her express consent to Andronis to use his/her email address to send it updates regarding their services, newsletters or offers of Andronis Loyalty Club program. The Member has the right to choose to remove his / her address from the list of recipients of Andronis Loyalty Club newsletter and to delete his / her details from the maintained database, at any time he / she wishes, after a relevant written notification to the e-mail.

    2. Member application

2.1 Eligibility: Membership in Andronis Loyalty Club is free and is available to anyone over the age of 18 who has the legal capacity to agree to the terms and conditions of Andronis Loyalty Club

2.2 Registration: Registration and activation of Andronis Loyalty Club card requires the installation of Andronis application in the mobile phone and the registration of the unique password available upon arrival. Registration is free.

2.3 Termination of Membership: A Member may terminate his/her participation in Andronis Loyalty Club program by sending a written request for termination via email to loyalty@andronis.com.  The participation stops automatically upon receipt of one of the above. All non-redeemed points are deducted and are not refundable or transferred to another member.

2.4 Inactive Participation: Members become inactive if they have not visited any of the hotels of the Andronis group within 3 years.

2.5 Malicious management: If a member suspects or learns of malicious management regarding his/her participation, which includes, and not limited to, unauthorized transfer of points of Andronis Loyalty Club program, he/she should inform the program managers within 60 days at loyalty@andronis.com. The charge or credit of points is at the discretion of Andronis. Andronis Loyalty Club program reserves the right to cancel the member’s participation when such phenomena are observed.

    3. Cards & categories

3.1 Andronis Loyalty Card can only be used by the member.

3.2 Each Andronis Loyalty Card has a unique membership number.

3.3 Participation in the Andronis Loyalty Club program is only available to individuals. It is not available to companies, cooperatives, organizations or anything related. Andronis can refuse participation to an individual without having to justify it.

3.4 Card Categories:

Bronze Card: The Bronze Card is valid until the member reaches the Silver level. Valid for three (3) years from the last stay at any Andronis hotel. After this period the membership is deactivated. Points are canceled and cannot be transferred.

Silver Card: The Silver card is issued when the Member accumulates 5,001 points and reaches the Gold level. It remains valid for three (3) years after the last stay of the member in any Andronis hotel. After this period the membership is deactivated. Points are canceled and cannot be transferred.

Gold Card: The Gold card is issued when the Member accumulates 9,001 points. It remains valid for three (3) years after the last stay of the member in any Andronis hotel. After this period the membership is deactivated. Points are canceled and cannot be transferred.

Platinum Card: The Platinum card is issued when the Member accumulates 15,001 points. It remains valid for three (3) years after the last stay of the member in any Andronis hotel. After this period the membership is deactivated. Points are canceled and cannot be transferred.

3.5 Validity: The cards are valid for life unless otherwise stated. The membership card is valid only at Andronis hotels and current affiliates as listed on the official Andronis Loyalty Club website.

    4. Acquisition of Andronis Loyalty Club points

4.1 Reward Points:

Reward Points are awarded for each member’s permitted transaction and are available within the Andronis App for mobile phones

4.2 Card Demonstration: In order to receive points Members should show electronically a valid Andronis Loyalty Card (via the mobile app) at the reception and individual hotel businesses, or to associates before ordering a service. In case of non-display of the card, the points and any discounts or privileges will not be credited. The member has 7 days after the transaction, to inform the Andronis Loyalty Club about the appearance of the Points in his account.

4.3 Errors: Andronis reserves the right to correct Andronis Loyalty Club Points or clearances whenever or wherever an error occurs.

4.4 Lost Points: If the Member wishes to claim any correction in the number of Andronis Loyalty Club Points or Points with retroactive effect, then he should act accordingly within twelve (12) months from the day of the hotel visit, sending written details to member services of Andronis Loyalty Club along with a copy of the account for which the Member did not receive the correct number of points. Failure to provide sufficient supporting documents may result in the refusal to credit such Points. Andronis Hotels reserves the right to refuse any requests for points.

4.5 Member Account: Members can view Andronis Loyalty Club points in their mobile application using the unique password. After each transaction Andronis Loyalty Club member is responsible for checking the accuracy of the number of points earned.

4.6 Single Card / Room: Points will only be credited to one card for each room account. Points will be credited to the main name of the reservation.

4.7 Booking Room Type: For stays at Andronis Hotels, Andronis Loyalty Club points shall be based on room type, reservation, and payment, even if different room types are provided.

4.8 Non-stay bookings: Members will not earn Points if they book for another person, even if the booking is in the member’s name

4.9 Extra rooms: For extra rooms Andronis Loyalty Club points are only credited if:

4.9.1 the Member resides in the same hotel for the same period of time

4.9.2 For all rooms a reservation and registration has been performed in the name of the Member

4.9.3 The Member pays for all rooms

4.10 Members receive points from the following services:

4.10.1 Food and drink in the restaurants and bars of the hotels

4.10.2 Spa Treatments and Products

4.11 Transfer points: Andronis Loyalty Club points cannot be transferred to another member’s account.

4.12 Partners

The Andronis Loyalty Club Member earns points by purchasing services or products from partner companies. The partner companies are listed on the Andronis Loyalty Club program website.

    5. Discounts

Display of a Membership Card: In order to receive points from discounts, services and products valid in the Andronis Loyalty Club program either in the hotels of the Andronis group or in companies cooperating with the Andronis Loyalty Club program, it is necessary to display a valid membership card during start of the transaction and before it is completed. Failure to display the membership card will result in not receiving a discount.

Discounts on stays apply only to bookings made directly through the booking department or via the Andronis Group booking website. Discounts do not apply to corporate room rates or special room rates of any kind.

    6. Andronis Loyalty Club repeated booking accommodation discounts

* 6.1 Points Available: Andronis Loyalty Club members collect points for the sole purpose of being promoted to a higher category and earning new benefits and discounts. Discounts on future bookings cannot be extended to an existing booking but only on a subsequent stay.

6.2 Refusal to Apply Discounts: Andronis reserves the right to refuse applying discounts if the proper procedure has not been followed.

6.3 Non-exchangeable: Andronis Loyalty Club points are non-exchangeable for cash, nor can they cover any charge balances. Andronis Loyalty Club points cannot be used as a redemption method.

6.4 Malicious Use: Discounts for future bookings may not be transferred, exchanged, transferred to any third party other than the Andronis Loyalty Club Member.

6.5 Non-exchangeable

Discounts for future nights may not be redeemed for cash or money back at any hotel or any third party (including tour desk, travel agent, etc.)

6.6 Contact: The application of discounts for future reservations is made exclusively through the Andronis Loyalty Club program on the official website or by contacting the hotel directly, by phone (+30 22860 36363) or in writing (info@andronis.com), before making the reservation.

    7. Protection of Personal Data

The Member gives its consent to Andronis to process the personal data regarding their status as a member of the Andronis Loyalty Club. Members’ data will be processed in accordance with the legal requirements of the applicable laws for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data. All terms of Andronis membership apply.
