With over 25 years of experience in the health, wellness, and spa industry we can safely say that she has seen it all. Some of the past collaborations are Malliouhana Auberge Resorts, Sandals Luxury Resorts, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group & Six Senses Hotels Resorts and Spas.

Carla understands that the journey is as important as the destination. This is why her life journey has led her in adventures in over 18 countries and every step of the way has been an education, she says.

With a university degree in Human Biology and a four-year degree in Massage Therapy and Medical Esthetics, she found her passion, and she realized her love for learning was also her natural ability for training and leadership. Carla’s enthusiasm, passion, and professional demeanor are contagious. No wonder our spa team took her immediately in and did their best to meet her impeccable standards.

Servicing guests, not only to exceed their expectations but to create memorable experiences and connections. That’s who she is, with a genuine heart.
