Tassia Magalhaes is known for her dedication, meticulousness and appetite for knowledge. Today, with a 15-year career, she has become an inspiration for the new generation she works with. Tassia’s most recent achievement is the recognition from La Liste, the French list that selects restaurants and chefs who stand out in the industry. In November 2023, she received the “New Talent Award 2024”, which recognizes promising chefs of the year who are shaping the future of gastronomy.
