About the Chef
Grigoris Kikis is a chef and business owner based in Athens, Greece. Born in 1996, he is the youngest Greek chef to win a Michelin star and a Toque d’Or. With a degree in Business Administration and a passion for the culinary world since a very young age, Grigoris worked in top restaurants in Europe before returning to Greece to create his own unique approach to cooking.
He combines modern techniques with the flavours of Greek cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. He has gained significant national and international recognition, being awarded by St Pellegrino, Forbes 30 under 30, and the FNL guide. His vision is to showcase Greek gastronomy on an international level.
