Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check out is available?

Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.

Is the front desk 24-hour?

Yes, our front desk operates 24 hours a day, ensuring attentive assistance whenever you may require it.

Do all suites have a private hot tub or pool?

Yes, all suites feature either a private hot tub or a private pool. Please check individual suite descriptions for specific details.

Are the pool and hot tubs heated?

Yes, all pools and hot tubs are heated.

Is there a laundry service?

Yes, we offer professional laundry service for an additional charge. Please contact the front desk for assistance.

Do suites have Wi-Fi?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel.

Is tap water drinkable?

No, it is not. However, complimentary bottles of still water are provided in all suites.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is included when enjoyed at the restaurant.
For in-suite breakfast service, an additional charge of 35€ per service applies.

Do I need a reservation for the restaurants?

We highly recommend making your restaurant reservations in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?

Smoking is not permitted inside the suites but is allowed in designated outdoor areas.

Is the hotel suitable for guests with mobility limitations?

Due to its cliffside Caldera location and traditional architecture with steps, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Please contact us at reservations@andronisboutiquehotel.com for guidance and alternative options.

Do you allow pets?

No, pets are not permitted in the hotel.

Are children allowed at the hotel?

Due to the architectural layout and cliffside setting of the property, the hotel welcomes guests aged 13 years and above. If you are traveling with younger children, our reservations team will gladly suggest alternative Andronis properties suitable for families. Please contact us at reservations@andronisboutique.com for guidance and alternative options.

Is there an elevator at the hotel?

No, there is no elevator due to the traditional Caldera architecture.

Yes, the property features a stunning heated shared infinity pool with Caldera views.

Do you provide concierge services?

Absolutely. Our concierge team can arrange restaurant reservations, yacht cruises, wine tours, helicopter tours, photography sessions, and more.

Do you offer special arrangements for celebrations such as birthdays or anniversaries?

Do you have a spa?

Guests have access to the Mare Sanus Spa, which offers a variety of massages and wellness treatments. The spa is located at Andronis Luxury Suites, approximately a 3-minute walk from the property.

Is there a gym at the hotel?

Guests of Andronis Boutique Hotel are welcome to use the 24-hour fitness center at our sister property, Andronis Arcadia, located approximately a 7-minute walk from the hotel.

Can we store our luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage for early arrivals and late departures, and you are welcome to enjoy the hotel facilities until your check-in or departure time.

Can we shower somewhere on our check-out date?

Yes, our front office team will be happy to assist you and provide access to shower facilities on your check-out day.

Can I do activities or excursions from the hotel?

Yes — guests often book local experiences, island tours, wine tours and spa services through the hotel’s concierge.

Is there 24-hour reception?

Yes — front desk is available around the clock.

Yes — both air-conditioning and heating are available in common areas.

Yes, we offer 24-hour complimentary parking for our guests.

Will there be someone to greet and escort us to the hotel and assist with our luggage?

Yes. Upon arrival in Oia, a member of our team will meet you at the designated meeting point, escort you to the property, and assist with your luggage. Please contact us 10 minutes prior to your arrival.

Is the hotel walking distance from attractions?

Yes, we are approximately 7 minutes walking from the famous Blue Domes and the Old Castle of Oia.

Does the hotel offer a sunset view?

The hotel offers beautiful views of the Caldera and volcanic islands, where you can enjoy the magical colors of the sunset.

How far is the hotel from the pedestrian path of Oia?

The property is located directly on the Caldera, just a short walk from Oia’s main pedestrian pathway, shops, and restaurants.

How far is the hotel from the airport and port?

Santorini Airport and the port (Athinios) are both approximately a 35-minute drive from the hotel.
