As an Accountant you will…
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Continuously monitor of outstanding trade receivables and calculation of provisions for future credit losses
- Reconcile fixed assets, calculate depreciation on a monthly basis
- Register collected transactions - payments of banks, bank loans and financial products
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Prepare monthly cash flow statements
- Agree on withholding taxes and intra-group transactions and preparation of declarations for their submission to taxis
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Support month-end and year-end close process
Entry Requirements:
- Βachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Statistics /Economics or relevant field
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Accountant
- Hands on experience on ERP Software, at least 5 years (Preferably Entersoft, Pylon)
- Advanced analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent written & verbal command of the English language
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Independent thinker with a growing mindset
- Ability to leverage technology to simplify, improve and innovate accounting processes and systems

- Ensure the smooth operation of the shift through customer focused service delivery

- Immediate and effective response to guest ‘s requests and complaints
- Operate cocktails, long drinks, non-alcoholic beverages and signature cocktail lists as needed
- Prepare drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques
- Upsell, while you ensure guests needs
Entry Requirements:
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry - Experience at a 4 or 5* hotel is preferred
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
- Be familiar with Food and Beverage industry’s technology

Entry Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role. Previous 5-star hospitality experience is preferred

- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all hotel employees
- Review and verify timekeeping records, attendance logs, and paid time off (PTO) requests to ensure accurate payroll calculations.
- Ensure full compliance with Greek labor law and payroll regulations, including social security contributions, income tax, and submissions via the ERGANI system.
- Utilize payroll and timekeeping software such as Pylon and Epsilon Net to manage and process payroll efficiently.
- Generate detailed payroll reports on earnings, deductions, taxes, and contributions for internal management, auditors, and regulatory compliance.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and timekeeping policies in a timely, clear, and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and well-organized payroll records, ensuring that all employee data is kept secure and up to date.
Entry Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll regulations, including social security contributions, taxation, and employee rights.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and software (e.g., Epsilon Net).1–2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing or a similar accounting role.

As a Payroll Supervisor you will:
- Oversee processing of payroll and changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
- Collect electronically monthly timesheets
- Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
- Calculate bonuses and allowances
- Schedule bank payments, distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
- Report on payroll figures and monthly KPIs
- Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
- Liaise with Director of Finance, auditors and manage payroll tax audits
Entry Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Greek Labor Laws and regular updates
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Accounting of Economics
- Previous Experience in Human Resources within a Hotel environment or a consultancy agency will be considered an asset
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Advanced technical skills, including superior Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organizational skills, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
- Ability to commute to Santorini whenever necessary

- Handle Online Booking Engine and the group’s multi-PMS
- Handle incoming requests (e-mail, phone calls and website)

- Room Allocation
- Communicate with the Sales and Accounting Departments regarding offers or following up on payments.

Entry Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in a relevant position in a 5* hotel
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and verbal
- Knowledge of Opera PMS or relevant (Fidellio, Protel)
- Knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset

- Ability to effectively working under pressure

As a Spa Attendant you will:
- Ensure the maintenance of the standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the Spa and assist guests in all areas of the Spa
- Work with every other Spa team member and ensure that the guest experience is of the highest quality from arrival to departure
- Ensure the Spa facilities are properly open in the morning and in accordance with the other Spa team members closed properly in the evening
- Set-up and maintain all spa facilities due to Standard operating procedures
- Ensure all decorations within the Spa always look fresh and up to standard
- Keep clean all Spa areas, during the day, as well as back office and preparation rooms
- Assist the therapists with set-up of their respective treatment areas
- Assist cleaning performed by Housekeeping by touching up sinks, counters, floors, showers, bathtubs, steam room, sauna, gym and other areas as necessary
- Comply with all company’ policies and procedures
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors, work as part of a team to ensure effective running of the Spa department
- Adhere to the code of conduct, grooming and hygiene standards
- Provide information and guidance to hotel and Spa guests as requested, giving them an orientation and be familiar with the services and hours of operations
- Provide a friendly and professional service that exceeds guest’s expectations
- Identify and report hazards; report any safety maintenance of equipment required
Entry Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role. Previous Spa experience is preferred.
- Experience working in a housekeeping role, preferably in a 5 Star environment.
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments.
- Be physically and mentally able to do physical work, to carry wet towels, linen, equipment of the Spa ( 6 days working a week)
