Santorini, Greece | 20 October 2026
ANDRONIS proudly announces a landmark achievement in Greek gastronomy, with two of its signature restaurants in Santorini receiving a total of three MICHELIN Stars in the newly unveiled MICHELIN Guide Greece 2026.
In a historic recognition, Lycabettus Restaurant, located at Andronis Luxury Suites in Oia, has been awarded Two MICHELIN Stars, becoming the only restaurant in Greece to hold this distinction. Meanwhile, Lauda Restaurant, located at Andronis Boutique Hotel, has earned One MICHELIN Star, further establishing ANDRONIS as a leading destination for exceptional culinary experiences.
The announcement marks an extraordinary milestone for the group and for Santorini itself, as the island joins the MICHELIN Guide Greece selection for the very first time.

Lycabettus Restaurant: Two MICHELIN Stars and a Historic First for Greece
Perched on one of Santorini’s most iconic terraces, overlooking the dramatic caldera and the Aegean Sea, Lycabettus Restaurant has long been celebrated for its extraordinary setting and distinctive culinary identity.
Under the direction of Executive Chef Christos Karagiannis, alongside Head Chef Petros Brandenburg, Lycabettus presents a contemporary gastronomic experience defined by creativity, precision and a profound appreciation for exceptional ingredients. The award of Two MICHELIN Stars represents the culmination of the team's dedication, passion and continuous pursuit of culinary excellence. As the only restaurant in Greece to receive this distinction in the 2026 selection, Lycabettus sets a remarkable new benchmark for the country's gastronomic landscape.
Beyond its breathtaking location, Lycabettus has established itself as a destination where culinary artistry, thoughtful service and the singular beauty of Santorini come together to create an unforgettable experience.

Lauda Restaurant: One MICHELIN Star for a Celebration of Culinary Excellence
Located within Andronis Boutique Hotel in Oia, Lauda Restaurant has also been recognised with One MICHELIN Star, honouring a culinary philosophy that brings together creativity, technical mastery and a deep respect for exceptional produce.
Established in 1971, Lauda holds a special place in Oia's culinary heritage, having evolved into one of the island's most distinguished gastronomic destinations. Its culinary direction is shaped by the expertise of Chef Emmanuel Renaut, the internationally acclaimed French chef behind the Three MICHELIN Star restaurant Flocons de Sel in Megève, France, working alongside Head Chef Orestis Sotiriou.
Together, they bring an exceptional level of culinary craftsmanship to Lauda, combining refined techniques, seasonal ingredients and a contemporary interpretation of gastronomic traditions.
This first MICHELIN Star is a significant recognition of their shared vision and the dedication of the entire Lauda team.

A Defining Moment for ANDRONIS and Santorini
With three MICHELIN Stars awarded across two restaurants, ANDRONIS celebrates a defining moment in its culinary journey and a significant contribution to Santorini's emergence on the international gastronomic stage.
The distinctions reflect the group's longstanding commitment to creating meaningful, exceptional experiences that go beyond luxury accommodation, placing gastronomy at the heart of its hospitality philosophy.
Above all, these achievements are a tribute to the people behind each experience: the chefs, kitchen brigades, restaurant teams and every individual whose dedication, creativity and attention to detail have made this recognition possible.
As Santorini enters a new chapter in its gastronomic evolution, ANDRONIS is honoured to be part of this milestone, continuing to celebrate the island's distinctive character through culinary innovation, authentic hospitality and experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Three MICHELIN Stars. Two exceptional restaurants. One extraordinary destination.
